Makuwa Lerato Masetswane is one of many young people have joined South Africa's workforce with the help of the Youth Employment Service (YES).
The business driven initiative has pioneered a partnership with government and labour to collectively tackle unemployment.
Masetswane matriculated in 2011 when she went on to pursue her studies in mechanical engineering and landed a learnership.
