Eusebius and caller go head-to-head over homosexuality comments

Deputy President David Mabuza said South Africa "should keep its mouth shut" when it comes to the business of other countries.

Mabuza was asked to condemn laws in other African countries which have made homosexuality a crime.

702 caller Khanya argues that the Mabuza was correct in saying South Africa should not get involved in other countries' affairs.

Eusebius McKaiser says if other countries were killing black people because of race, the country would be up in arms condemning those actions.

Just because South Africa tolerates and accepts homosexuality, it doesn't make other countries bad for rejecting and not tolerating homosexuality.

You are talking absolute rubbish. Homophobia is immoral, just like racism; there is no difference between the two.

There is a fundamental difference. You are born with your race but in terms of sexuality, you are born either as a man or a woman. It is your choice to change to being a woman while you were born a man.

I think your logic is piss-poor. Why does choice make a moral difference? You can't choose to be black, you are born into it. You are showing the stupidity of homophobia.
