Strategies on how to maintain healthy weight during the festive season
Even though the festive season can be a time one spends with loved ones, it can also be a time of overindulgence.
How does one ensure that they maintain their weight during the festive period?
Eusebius McKaiser chats to wellness architect and health entrepreneur Stacey Holland on how to maintain a healthy weight during this time.

She says people are in a state of stress throughout the year and when they get to the end of the year, they want to switch off and forget those stresses, however, some also forget keeping healthy as well.
At this time of the year, people are jaded, they don't want to think about taking care of themselves, they want to hang out with their friends and families. If anything now is the time for people to challenge some of the beliefs they have on health, she says.
