Even though the festive season can be a time one spends with loved ones, it can also be a time of overindulgence.
How does one ensure that they maintain their weight during the festive period?

Eusebius McKaiser chats to wellness architect and health entrepreneur Stacey Holland on how to maintain a healthy weight during this time.
It is that time of the year where people want to make sure that they look young and lean when 2020 comes and that causes stress in itself.

She says people are in a state of stress throughout the year and when they get to the end of the year, they want to switch off and forget those stresses, however, some also forget keeping healthy as well.
At this time of the year, people are jaded, they don't want to think about taking care of themselves, they want to hang out with their friends and families. The problem is that a lot of the weight that people pick during this time of the year, they never get rid of it.

If anything now is the time for people to challenge some of the beliefs they have on health, she says.
