According to an independent investigation into sexual misconduct by a teacher at Bishops Diocesan College, the teacher targeted a number of pupils.
Earlier this year, it emerged that a female teacher, Fiona Viotti, had a sexual relationship with a teenage pupil at the school, however, it seems that the matter is bigger than what it was thought out to be.
Ray White on the Xolani Gwala Show chats to EWN reporter Kevin Brandt to weigh in on the investigation.
The school this morning released a statement that an independent investigation was launched following the allegations of sexual misconduct against Fiona Viotti. The investigation found that during 2013-2019 while she was employed at the school, she engaged in sexual misconduct with at least five pupils.— Kevin Brandt, Reporter - EWN
Brandt says he spoke to Viotti's lawyer, William Booth, who believes that allegations against her are not solid grounds for formal criminal charges to be put against his client.
