The festive season is time to frequent the gym as it will not be full, advises Dietitian Mpho Tshukudu.
The season comes with lots of parties and celebrations but that shouldn't deter your gym schedule.

She advises that one should stay away from ciders and cocktails as they have too much sugar.

Tshukudu says before you go for your second plate of serving, take some time to digest.
