While anger is a natural human emotion, it can become a problem when it is uncontrolled, says anger management specialist Karen van Zyl.
Speaking to Gushwell Brooks, standing in for Azania Mosaka, Van Zyl shares some of what you can do to manage your anger.
What we want to examine is what we really feeling, so what is underneath that so called anger. Is it maybe feelings of fear, maybe we feeling rejected? Because we don't really often take the time to examine them, that is when we are simply reacting.— Karen van Zyl, Anger Management Specialist
