Enoch Mpianzi's family has accepted an offer from the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) to represent them legally following the death of their son.
Mpianzi drowned at an orientation camp organise by his school Parktown Boys' High in the North West last week.
Speaking to Clement Manyathela, SAHRC Gauteng provincial manager Buang Jones says they met with the family on Monday morning.

Jones says they will be speaking to the Department of Education as well as the school.
