The Positive Action Campaign is opposing bail of five suspects accused of allegedly stealing antiretroviral (ARVs) tablets with over R1 million.

It is alleged that the ARVs were meant to be delivered to a clinic in Zastron in the Free State.

Clement Manyathela speaks to Positive Action Campaign general secretary Sello Mokhalipi.

It is very difficult to tell whether these people stealing ARVs are using them for drugs or they are selling them to private practice doctors.
