Meet the trendsetting Bontle as she turns the taxi industry on its head

Meet Bontlefeela Baile, who has bucked the trend and excels in the dog-eat-dog taxi industry. She is proving that one can be stylish, business-minded and inspiring in industry and society that often look down upon women, especially when it comes to industries such as taxis, transportation and motoring.

Bontle's social media presence is not going unnoticed as she goes about her business, operating between Sandton and Fourways. Her sense of style is an obvious attraction, in addition to her admirable driving skills.

In one of her tweets she bemoans the fact that not much is published or broadcast about the challenges women in the taxi industry face.

What makes her stand out is her charm in how she interacts with her followers on social media about any issue, be it about taxis, fashion or life in general.

Bontle is not clueless when it comes to cars and can detect when something is amiss with her Toyota Quantum and where and how to get it fixed.

She will reportedly be taking the helm of the Fourways taxi Association as chairperson in March.

Talk of leadership, beauty, brains, fashion and passion.
