Sentencing proceedings in the case against Adam Catzavelos are underway in the Randburg Magistrates Court.

Catzavelos was convicted of crimen injuria after pleading guilty to making racists comments while on a beach in Greece.

Eusebius McKaiser says the apology he issued was conditional.

Language is so important. Here is my problem with Adam's words, he apologies and he says he is sorry 'if' he harmed someone's dignity.

I say to myself, dude, what do you think when you use the K-Word? How the hell do we get to a conditional statement?

Language is important so we need to say 'some' white people are racists. The word 'some' is never used and I get offended because I am not racist. There are some black people and some white people I don't like.
