Gauteng Premier David Makhura is set to deliver the State of the Province Address (Sopa) on Tuesday.
Makhura stated that the province had attracted over R199 billion in direct foreign investment last year and also spoke out against e-tolls.

Msimanga says he had hoped that Makhura would have given the province something different in his Sopa.

He says the premier needs to say what are the financial plans of different municipalities so that the DA can help the government in addressing some of the challenges.
