Bongani Bingwa speaks to Democratic Alliance (DA) Gauteng Provincial Legislature Caucus leader Solly Msimanga to give his take on the Sopa.

Msimanga says he had hoped that Makhura would have given the province something different in his Sopa.

Gauteng has the highest number of job loses, we could be doing a lot more in terms of preventing that. Gauteng also doesn't pay its invoices in time.
