[LISTEN] MyBroadband uncovers why your airtime goes missing
Various tests conducted by MyBroadband have revealed that airtime balances on new MTN and Cell C prepaid SIM card are being depleted.
MyBroadband.co.za editor at large Jan Vermeulen says they conduct the tests over a period of time o see what is going on.
Speaking to Joanne Joseph, Vermeulen says all settings on the phones they used were left on their default configurations.

We took a bunch of new SIMs, loaded R10, connected them to a wi-fi network and left it for a while then disconnected from the wi-fi.Jan Vermeulen, Editor at Large - MyBroadband.co.za
We did this over two days and we found that there was a 5c airtime depletion on Vodacom. MTN and Cell C went from R10 to just over R6 or R7.Jan Vermeulen, Editor at Large - MyBroadband.co.za
