During the Family Matters segment on the Eusebius McKaiser Show, a grandmother shared how the pandemic has affected her family.
Granny Kay says it has been hard for her to explain to her grandchildren aged five and seven why she can't hug them for now.
She adds they have been going through a difficult time since they lost their father seven months ago.
