[LOCKDOWN] Vosloorus murder case postponed to 8 April
The case involving a Ekuhuleni metro police official and private security guard accused of murder and attempted murder following the killing of a man in Vosloorus, has been postponed to 8 April.
The cop and a security guard are said to have shot the 41-year-old Sibusiso Amos on Sunday while he was standing at his home’s veranda during the COVID-19 lockdown enforcement.
Other people injured during the shooting were children aged 5, 6 and 11-years-old.
The matter was heard at the Boksburg Magistrate court.
Eyewitness News reporter Theto Mahlakoana was at the court proceeding.
