Staying connected with family throughout the Covid-19 lockdown even when you are in the same physical space is important if you are to survive the covid-19 lockdown.

I think the first few days of lockdown, we have been settling into a new rhythm and we like to be productive, we are primed to produce and so I stared off my first few days with checklists ... I was actually driving myself into being a prisoner of my own mind and my own expectations.

This morning I just walked to connect with myself and I decided I would walk until I felt better. I walked my tension out and it became a walking meditation and I completely lost track of time ... just because I needed to be.
