How “empowerment” aims to create a more prosperous South Africa for all

“Empowerment” in South Africa usually refers to programs to address inequalities as a result of Apartheid.

In this context “empowerment” includes measures such as employment equity, skills development, black economic empowerment and preferential procurement.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Nkululeko Sowazi, Co-Founder of Kagiso Tiso Holdings (KTH), for his weekly "The Science Of" feature.
