Farmers and workers feel pressure of lacking govt subsidy

There was a report released by the International Labour Organization (ILO) yesterday suggesting that one of the reasons the conditions of farm-workers have not improved is because government hasn’t realised that the way it treats farmers has an impact on their workers.
