You are never too old for some good sex

Aging has a powerful impact on the quality of relationships and sexual functioning. It is simple, things change when we get older. We are unable to do the things we used to do when we were younger and full of energy.

The truth is we mostly want and need to be close to others as we grow older. This includes the desire to continue being intimate and have satisfying sex life.

Dr Eve gave eight things to consider in order to keep enjoying your relationship even at a mature age:

  • Be present in the moment
  • Connection with you partner
  • Intimacy
  • Exceptional communication
  • Authenticity
  • Transcendence
  • Risk taking and exploration
  • Personal vulnerability

According to Dr Eve some illnesses, disabilities, medicines, and surgeries can affect your ability to have and enjoy sex. Problems in your relationship can also affect your ability to enjoy sex. Dr Eve recommends a regular visit to a Urologists.
