The government is to haul more than 1000 companies to the Labour Court for failing to transform and meet employment-equity targets.
The Black Management Forum is, however, extremely concerned about what seems to be concerted efforts to deliberately sabotage the transformation agenda.
Udo spoke to BMF President, Bonang Mohale, who confirms findings from the BMF that 55.3% of professionally qualified people in South Africa are black yet only 14.7% people recruited into companies are black.

Mohale says that the BMF recommendation that government needs to increase its effort to have economic CODESA (dialogue) with business in South Africa, increase its monitoring and measurements efforts and stiffen fines as well as name and shame the companies that are not transforming.
