Yes, it is very important to have a will. But it is equally important to ensure that your dependents know of its existence and whereabouts.
This is according to 'the Financial Coach’ Gregg Sneddon who says that anyone has the ability to draft a will.
You can download a will of the internet, buy them from retailers such as CNA. You can speak to a financial planner or go to a bank or attorney. But you have to make sure that certain conditions are met when you draft a will.— Gregg Sneddon, Certified Financial Planner
If you die without a will you could leave your dependents not just with a complicated mess to sort out but also with no access to funds whilst the estate is wrapped up.
