The African National Congress has released discussion documents ahead of its upcoming National General Council Conference. This comes after the leading party admitted that the economy is not growing fast enough and job targets are insufficient.
The council will take place in October. It is held every three years to review the ANC’s policies and hear proposals on problems facing the state and the party.
