702 Small Business Awards

An estate agent that puts you before their commission AND helps you get a loan?

Click here to reward a small business that provides great service with a nomination for 2015's Small Business Awards with 702 and Sage One.

Moving from the Cape to Gauteng was already intimidating. Pearl Penxa had started shopping for houses and flats before she arrived here. When she contacted Estate Agents online - only half of them responded to her enquiries! And only one of them made her feel special.

Despite missing her first viewing appointment, Pearl says she quickly saw firsthand how dedicated Kingston Estate Agents were. And, when her loan application was rejected by one of the banks, they encouraged her to apply elsewhere - where her loan was approved.

Pearl says she owns a property now because of someone who did not give up on her and who is passionate about his work.

She says, from the beginning, the agent at Kingston Estate made her feel valuable, important and to him she was not just the person he was going to make commission from.
