702's John Robbie spoke to Ntsoaki Phali. She who founded Beyond Ability Talent Solutions in 2009 after seeing a gap in the market between people with disabilities and prospective employers.
She says that there were numerous challenges to operating this business, especially as there was a need for her to first educate prospective employers on hiring of people with disabilities.
