Montana: 'The Public Protector is not my judge'

Public Protector Thuli Madonsela has found Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) guilty of several incidents of maladministration and improper conduct under the watch of former PRASA CEO Lucky Montana and recommended disciplinary action has to be taken against former Lucky Montana.

Montana says findings in the PP's report are untrue and will take the matter to a court of law for review.

Montana explains that he dropped charges against PRASA executives as 'pure business practice', while acting in the best interest of the company.

I’ve made many mistakes but on there has been no maladministration on my end.
