When Marian lost her mother, she called on funeral directors Collinge and Co to handle the cremation. She says the owner did amazing things that they did not expect. He sent two staff members to the funeral to play the music, look after the sound system and to welcome guests. After the funeral they delivered the death certificate.

Mike and Nina Collinge started their funeral company in 2001 after working for a large funeral company for 10 years. The company caters for any family that requires a personalised, dignified funeral or rite of passage.
The company is also involved in creating study courses for funeral directors to improve the quality of service to bereaved families.
