The Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity draft Bill for public comment has been released, proposing to introduce a number of measures to combat cybercrime in South Africa.
The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Danie Strachan, Partner at Adams and Adams.
Strachan spoke about the draft Bill, which, if enacted, will give key powers to the State Security, Defence, Police and Telecommunications Ministries – powers which stretch into economic and labour environments and require private sector compliance.
