Jeremy Michaels, communications head at Ivanhoe Mines, discussed with 702's Xolani Gwala an educational partnership with the University of Limpopo to provide skills for South Africa’s future miners.
Michaels said we can’t continue to have a mass of unskilled or semi-skilled labourers in the country.

Michaels added that this initiative is about reskilling the workers.
