Yet another Netflix-like video-on-demand (VOD) service launches in South Africa

TechCentral Editor Duncan McLeod discusses the new players in this space as well as the ones closing down.

PCCW Global, the international operating division of Hong Kong telecommunications operator HKT, is the latest video-on-demand (VOD) operator to launch services in South Africa.

It is called ONTAPtv.com.
