SAA overbooking impacts negatively on consumers

Mike Ullyett wrote to 702's Azania Mosaka to complain about the seemingly frequent "bumped off" status he has been experiencing with SA Airways despite holding fully paid tickets.

As someone who travels quite often he says this has happened a lot and has had a negative impact on his work/business relations.

_I fly often due to work commitments and am surprised at this sudden spate of incidents. W_ere these just a coincidence or has SAA increased the number of overbooked seats?
