Is Motsoeneng's increase justified?

Following the Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela's damning Hlaudi Motsoeneng report, it appears he still got a whooping increase in his salary.

The public broadcaster’s annual report shows SABC's Chief Operation Officer, Hlaudi Motsoeneng received R3.7 million, up from R2.8 million.

Stephen Grootes spoke to SABC Chief Operations Officer Hlaudi Motsoeneng, who feels he does deserve the million Rand increase and in fact, not the only one getting paid well at the SABC.
