Its aim is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and provide information, support and services to survivors and their families.
702’s Xolani Gwala spoke to Bianca Burger, General Manager for Headway Gauteng who says they work with 500 families throughout their branches. She says that the majority of the patients are victims of traffic accidents, assaults and strokes.
