Is the Kohler Barnard storm a big test for Maimane?

Dianne Kohler-Barnard's Facebook post has outraged black South Africans and raised questions about the DA's transformation agenda.

This comes just months after the party appointed a black leader, Mmusi Maimane, a move that was seen as helping to make inroads in the black electorate.

Listen to the conversation below:

Kohler-Barnard has since apologised for reposting a Facebook status that praised former apartheid leader PW Botha. However, questions remain about whether she should resign or the party should fire her.
