What’s the first thing that you do when you get up in the morning and the last thing you look at night before you go to bed? It's very likely to be your phone...

A survey has found that more than 50 percent of South Africans will rather spend more time gazing at their phones than at their partners.

702's Azania Mosaka shared the research findings with listeners.
