The Department of Correctional Services has confirmed that Oscar Pistorius will be released under correctional supervision on Tuesday, 20 October 2015, one day short of serving exactly a year in prison.
Criminal law expert William Booth spoke to 702's John Robbie about the parole conditions and what actually entails being released correctional supervision.
