Karan Beef exclusive pitchside experience at FNB Stadium

Dinner on the pitch of a sporting stadium may have seemed a little strange as a competition prize, but as our winner Veesha Sewnarain found out - it can also be something out of this world! Especially, when the sponsor is Karan Beef and the stadium in question is the iconic calabash-shaped FNB Stadium!

Veesha won her experience for suggesting roti as a great means to package a finger dinner. On the night Chef Vic chose potato chilli bites with chutney and coriander yoghurt as the snack starters... Click below to see how Vic prepared the food...

For mains Vic chose delicious curries from around the World - all served with roti's, in keeping with the theme: Jamaican beef shin curry with fresh pineapple curry and cauliflower rice Beef and potato Massaman curry with Thai red rice and fresh coriander Indian inspired beef curry with steamed basmati and pomegranate raita

All served with a large table salad
