National government has declared KZN a disaster area after several rivers ran dry, even forcing some sugar mills to close.
702's Xolani Gwala spoke to KZN MEC for Cooperative Governance & Traditional Affairs, Nomusa Dube-Ncube, who urged residents to save water and avoid using clean water for non-essential needs.
