It seems municipal districts across the country could learn a thing or two from the City of Cape Town.
The Mother City came out tops in a survey which measured consumer satisfaction within various municipalities.
According to the latest South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) survey, the City scores of 71.9 – with the average being 61.5 out of 100.
SAcsi Chairperson, Professor Adri Schreuder said the report surveyed consumers of municipal services across eight of the largest metropolitan municipalities and showed some interesting trends.
