Are we likely to face a tax revolt?

The head of the Tax Review Committe, Judge Dennis Davis, in which he says South Africa is at risk of a tax revolt.

Davis was speaking at a seminar yesterday in which he also said the more corruption there is, the fewer tax integrity there will be and thus the greater the possibility of a tax revolt.

Chief Economist at Econometrix, Dr Azar Jammine spoke to Stephen Grootes about this comment.
