Ad Feature

When a great ad concept is a one off... and should stay that way!

With the festive season rapidly approaching Andy awards a hero to Owen Kessel Leo Burnett for their Salvation Army hopscotch interactive fundraising campaign (spotted in Parkhurst and Maboneng... but hopefully to be seen in many other suburban hotspots!) Then, after admitting to KFC new TVC having a great soundtrack and containing some clever lingo, she zeros the Streetwise 3 offering because the ad premise (that it is too good to share) is nothing new.

The convenience food category is also on Jacob's radar. He awards zero status to Wimpy's latest TVC released around the recent 2015 Rugby World Cup. He maintains that while the "Impi" soundtrack was a great idea originally, it has now been worked one too many times.

For a number of years Andy has been involved in rhino anti-poaching initiatives. In commemoration of International Rhino Poaching Awareness Day he shares with us the support a local motor marque is giving to black rhino conservation in Kwazulu-Natal.
