1% graduate tax to fund higher education on the cards

The Department of Higher Education (DHE) is reportedly looking at imposing a 1% graduate tax on companies in order to help pay for tertiary education.

Stephen Grootes spoke to the department's spokesperson, Khaye Nkwanyana, about this report.
