More buyers than stock in SA property market - Andrew Golding

Cape Town continues to outperform Joburg in the local property market, and property is relatively cheap in South Africa compared to other countries with similar offerings.

This is according to Dr Andrew Golding, Chief Executive Officer of the Pam Golding property group, who spoke to Bruce Whitfield on The Money Show.

The market is characterised by under-supply of stock and over-supply of buyers.... Demand is certainly there but supply isn't.
