Chefs in the City at HCF

One of the special projects for 2014 is an element called Chefs in the City. This is a stand that will be taken over by a different top SA Chef each day and they will be creating their signature dishes for visitors.

Chefs: Michael Holenstein on Friday, Thom Hughes on Saturday and David Higgs on Sunday.
