Rosetta spacecraft more popular than Kim Kardashian’s oiled up, bare butt

[The Rosetta spacecraft](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosetta_(spacecraft), a probe built and launched by the European Space Agency to perform a detailed study of comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, is, at this very moment, trying to land on said comet while staying in one piece.

While that is pretty impressive it pales in comparison to the fact that human beings seem to care more about Rosetta than Kim Kardashian’s oily, bare buttocks.

The most popular hastag on Twitter right now is #CometLanding with about 70 000 people using it in their tweets. #KimK, clocking in at about 40 000, is in distant second place, despite her tweeting a picture of her naked, oiled up derrière.

Faith in humanity restored! Kind of…
