SABC adviser Paul Ngobeni is a fugitive from the law in the US, said the Midday Report’s Stephen Grootes at the SABC's press conference where Hlaudi Motsoeneng was offered his old job back despite court rulings.
According to the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch website, Ngobeni is wanted on one count of forgery, three of larceny and one of “ill practice of the law”.
