Cosatu congress 'moving on' without Vavi, Numsa - Sdumo Dlamini

The Cosatu congress is currently underway in Midrand. This is the first regular gathering of the federation since the expulsion of metal workers union Numsa and dismissal of former general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi.

Stephen Grootes explored the proceedings and expected outcomes of the congress with EWN reporter Govan Whittles.

I speak on behalf of the federation, like any office bearer is expected. Mistakes would have happened where Cosatu allowed an individual to rise above the organisation and be the organisation himself.
