We need a black-owned, black-run bank… Banks don’t go all-out trying to understand the pains of black businesses…

Kganki Matabane, Black Business Council

Kganki Matabane joined the Black Business Council (BBC) in December 2017 when Danisa Baloyi was suspended as president, pending an inquiry into a R5 million donation for the Airports Company South Africa.

Matabane joined the BBC after a stint as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director at Sentech.

He hails from the Makurung village in Ga-Mphahle in Limpopo.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Matabane for his weekly “ShapeShifter” feature.

Kganki Matabane, Black Business Council
