Xolani runs the London Marathon thanks to Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic celebrates 21 years doing business in SA

It has been over two decades that Virgin Atlantic Airways inaugurated it's route from London's Heathrow to Joburg's OR Tambo Airport.

Virgin Atlantic marketing and communications manager, Darrin Thomas, says they are happy that they have been able to fulfill people's dreams.

The airline now serves over 30 fabulous destinations worldwide from dazzling cities and dream family holidays in North America to African adventures, relaxing Caribbean Islands or a taste of the exotic in Asia.

As part of their celebrations, Virgin Atlantic Airways is sponsoring Xolani Gwala's running of the London Marathon this Saturday.

Virgin Atlantic is 100% committed in South Africa. We are celebrating 21 years this year. We look at strong ties that Richard [Branson] had with Madiba.
