Xolani runs the London Marathon thanks to Virgin Atlantic

South Africans ready to fly SA flag high in London for charity

As the excitement grows around Sunday's London Marathon, Xolani Gwala met South Africans running for different charities.

He spoke to UK Country, head for Brand South Africa, Pumela Salela, and Sibahle Magadla, who are locals participating in the marathon.

Salela will hold the South African flag up high while running to support education empowerment in Africa.

Magadla is running a full marathon for Voluntary Services Overseas, an international development charity that fights poverty.

Xolani travelled with Jane Kabinga, winner of the coveted Virgin Atlantic London Marathon prize which was given away in February.
