Random Acts of Kindness with Dis-Chem

Dis-Chem Foundation and Imbumba aim to reach thousands in sanitary towel drive

Hundreds of girls at the David Makhubo Secondary School in Kaalfontein received some of the millions of sanitary towels collected through Dis-Chem Foundation Million Comforts campaign and with the help of the Imbumba Foundation's 'Caring for Girls' distribution programme.

Joanne Joseph spoke to Imbumba Foundation Representative, Richard Mabaso and Dis-Chem Foundation's Sherry Saltzman to find out more about the project.

I think all of us can definitely combine our efforts to make sure we reach at least a minimum of 500 000 girls throughout South Africa this year.

Richard Mabaso, Imbumba Foundation Representative
