Feeling your food is important… Caress it, stroke it, know it intimately… You don't want someone who eats a sosatie [kebab] with a knife and fork… And if I can get presidents and heads of state to eat with their hands, I can do it for anyone!

Morris founded her company Giggling Gourmet in 1997, but she also runs other endeavours (e.g. CooksPlayground, CooksParties, TeamCooking, SingleCooks and Giggling Gourmet FoodTours).

She regularly hosts shows on 702/CapeTalk.
